Q: What is the cost to make an air column bag for your product?

A: There is no investment cost needed to make a standard or customized air bag for your product. All you need is to send your product details to PackBest designing team. According to your requirement, we will make a suitable, affordable, personalized air cushion pack for your product. And you just need to set a compressor to inflate the air bag as inflation tool. We also offer automatic inflation machine for perforated L bag, U bag, corner bag, air pack rolls, air bubble bag rolls, etc.

Q: How does air cushion pack work?

A: Air cushion pack is inflated smoothly by a patented air regulating valve system. It closes the air flow automatically and provides the best protection cushion space for your products. There is no need to heat seal the air column bag after inflation, as it is a self-lock up valve.

Q: What are the major benefits of our air bubble bag compared to other packaging materials?

A: The most impressive advantage is our air bag saves too much shipping and warehouse space. It is totally flat before inflation. You can pack even more than 1000pcs in a small carton. So, your shipping cost is saved a lot. Another advantage is the air bubble bag raw material is environmental, can be reusable and recyclable. There is little packing waste left compared to foam packing, waste disposal cost is much lower, lighter environmental burden.

Q: How long does the air kept inside each air bag?

A: Once inflated, 10% air will be lost within 6 months. If you want to use the inflated air bag more than one year, we suggest you should heat seal the air valve inlet for more safety.

Q: How long does it take to inflate an air filled bag?

A: It takes only 2-5 second to inflate a small sized air bag. For inflating a larger size, like 55” LCD air bag, it will take around 10-15 seconds.

Q: Can we ship the inflated air pack by Air?

A: Yes. Air pack is inflated with a fixed air pressure of 0.7 bar. Because of the variations in air pressure in an airplane, it will not cause any kind of problems by our air pack.

Q: Does air bag meet the "REACH Conformity"?

A: Yes. Air bag does not contain any softeners, nor other poisonous substances that are included in the REACH Conformity. Air bag packing can be considered one of the most environmentally friendly packaging solutions at the moment.

Q: Air bag sample and mass order lead time?

A: The sample lead time is only 1-2 days, mass order lead time is 10-15 days. Our sampling and manufacturing center is in Guangzhou, China.
