Attentions

• Speed and air pressure needs to be adjusted for different rolls.

• The pressure of the external air supply must be greater than the pressure control on machine. If you find that the air is still not enough even though increasing air pressure all the time, try and check whetherthe pressure of the external air source is sufficient. Usually the suitable external air pressure is about 5kg/cm².

• If you find that there is an occasional air column thatis not fully blown or does not blow up, contact the air column bag material provider to check the valve.

• If you find that the air bag roll is not moving smoothly, please move the fixersin the step 16 away a little from the material. Do not fix tootight.
